How does Podia work?

Podia is the expert for As a Service solutions in the office environment. Our vision is to inspire the working world of tomorrow and to take a step towards hybrid working and more freedom with As a Service solutions for the office.

Our portfolio includes electronic devices, office furniture and video conferencing systems. We offer these at attractive monthly rates. Podia takes care of all the logistics for you: delivery, repair, collection and support. At the same time you have the possibility to use professional services of our interior designer. She will be happy to support you in the planning of office space.

What are the advantages of As a Service?

Renting office supplies instead of buying has numerous advantages. On the one hand, you reduce your carbon footprint with this resource-saving solution. As a result, you reach your climate goals much faster.

For another, you don't have to tie up your capital in electronics or interiors, but improve your cash flow through low monthly payments. The rent is also 100 % tax deductible.

By outsourcing your technology and furniture procurement, you also save on the internal capacities of your employees. This relieves the burden on office management, purchasing and the IT department.

What products does Podia offer?

At Podia you have a free choice from numerous electronic devices and office furniture. These include tables, chairs, telephone boxes, lounge interiors, as well as laptops, smartphones, electronic accessories and innovative video conferencing systems.

Does Podia also equip home office workplaces?

Yes, definitely. At Podia, we believe in the hybrid working world as a future model. That's why homeoffice workplaces are just as important as office workplaces. We are happy to equip your employees' homeoffice places - individual wishes are of course possible.

Can I combine all the articles individually?

 

Yes. You have the freedom to customize electronics and/or office furniture. You are not bound to any fixed bundles or sets. Choose your own fabrics and colors and create your individual dream office to match your corporate culture.

Does Podia also offer office planning?

Yes, it is possible. Our interior designer specializes in office planning and can prepare different occupancy plans for you upon request.

Where does Podia deliver?

We deliver EU wide.

How can I add or take back something from my order?

No problem at all. Just contact us - our team will get back to you as soon as possible, and process your order with you. At Podia, you talk to real people - not robots. We do everything we can to make sure your needs are met quickly and easily.

What are the payment options?

You can pay the monthly installments by direct debit or invoice.

Do I need a credit report to place an order?

Mostly not. However, in individual cases we may have to check the solvency before renting.

What is the minimum term?

The minimum term for a lease is 12 months.

You can set the rent for electronics and furniture between 12 months and 6 years.

After the minimum term you can cancel monthly.

Is there a minimum order value?

There is no minimum order value at Podia.

Can I extend or shorten the lease?

Have you fallen in love with your items? No problem. At the end of the term, your rental is automatically extended by one month.

Our most favorable rental rates are based on the selected contract period. So we can offer very favorable rentals depending on the period. Would you like to shorten your rental early or exchange products? Then simply contact us and we will put together an individual offer for the change.

I was delivered damaged or wrong items.

In this case, please contact our service team directly. We will then find a solution as quickly as possible.

When will my order be delivered?

You will receive your delivery as soon as possible. We will deliver electronic devices within a few days. For office furniture, the delivery time is about three to four weeks.

What if my order is damaged?

No problem, we will take care of the repair. Of course, only if the item was not willfully damaged. The deductible here is 10% of the repair costs. The rest we take over. Contact us by phone or by mail, ideally with appropriate picture material.

What happens to the items after the rent?

You do not have to worry about anything. We pick up furniture and technology from you again. As part of our sustainability strategy, the products are upgraded and leased to another company. This extends the life cycle of the items and uses fewer resources.

Would you prefer to keep your cherished items? Of course, that is also possible.

We focus on personal contact and individual solutions. After the first contact you will have a personal contact person who will advise and support you.
